Travel without barriers.

With someone who understands.

Disability & Inclusive Travel

From autism to mobility needs, hidden disabilities to chronic illness.
Every journey built around the person, not the itinerary.

Travel is for everyone.
We mean it.

We design private journeys through Italy and Europe for travellers living with disability, visible or hidden, and for the families who travel with them. Every detail is managed on your behalf, so you can travel with peace of mind.

Hidden disabilities: seen, not overlooked
Seen, heard and understood.

Not every disability is visible. Anxiety, autism, ADHD, chronic pain, hearing loss, visual impairment, Crohn’s disease, PTSD; these are conditions that shape daily life profoundly, yet often go unacknowledged in standard travel planning.

When you travel with us, we translate your needs into precise, human briefings for every person involved in your journey in the right language, in the right format, at the right moment.

Understanding, not just access
We build the journey around the person

We work with private guides, family-run hotels, and transport partners who are genuinely briefed, not just told, on each family’s needs. Before your journey begins, every person involved receives a detailed, personalised briefing: not a generic note, but a real conversation about who you are, what matters to you, and how they can make a difference.

Whether it is a traveller on the autism spectrum who benefits from predictable routines and calm environments, a parent managing a child’s sensory sensitivities in unfamiliar places, or an adult living with chronic fatigue who simply needs a flexible pace and the freedom to rest without explanation, we listen first, and plan second.

Because the best journey is not the one that fits a template. It is the one built entirely around the person taking it.

From first contact to final day

On top of managing every aspect of your disability-inclusive tour, we offer fully customized private itineraries across Europe, combining meaningful travel with sensory-safe, accessible experiences tailored to your family. From the choice of destination to the pace of each day, nothing is left to chance. We select routes, venues, and activities not only for their cultural value, but for their suitability, so that every member of your family can be fully present, without compromise.

Mario customized our trip to Greece and Italy, by listening to the places we wanted to see, and the things that we wanted to do. A custom itinerary was drawn up based on our conversations. The itinerary we were given was set up day by day, with all necessary directions, tickets, times, and everything else we needed to carry out our vacation. Mario has a very high standard in the guides that he uses, they were all on time and provided exactly the tours we were signed up for in an easy to understand manner. I would not hesitate to use any guide that Mario approves. Our tour guides were the best!!.

Frequently Asked Questions

Hidden disabilities are conditions that are not immediately visible but profoundly affect daily life  including autism, ADHD, anxiety, chronic pain, hearing loss, Crohn’s disease, PTSD, and many others. We design every journey around these needs, even when they are not obvious to others.

We don’t require any documentation to start planning your journey. However, in some cases, a disability certificate or medical documentation may be requested by third-party suppliers, such as museums, transport providers, or attractions, to grant reduced admission fees or priority access. If this applies to your itinerary, we will let you know in advance exactly what is needed and for which providers.

Before your trip, we prepare detailed briefings for every partner involved. This is not a generic note: every person who will be with you knows exactly what to expect and how to act.

Yes. Upon request, we can prepare anticipatory AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) boards using PECS-based visuals, primarily sourced from the ARASAAC symbol library. These are simple, clear visual sequences that show your family member what will happen at each stage of the journey; where you are going, what you will do, and what comes next. This tool is particularly helpful for travellers on the autism spectrum, as it significantly reduces anxiety around the unexpected and supports communication throughout the trip

Yes. We communicate dietary needs directly to all restaurants and kitchens included in your itinerary  whether related to allergies, intolerances, or sensory sensitivities.

You are always in contact with a real member of our team via WhatsApp with a dedicated US number and availability during European hours. No call centres, no ticket systems: a real person, one message away.
